Hosted by an independent practitioner, this relaxing sound bath combines the tranquillity of a unique heritage setting with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. As the sounds gently fill the room, participants are invited to slow down, switch off from the outside world and enjoy a peaceful hour of relaxation and reflection.

With its character, atmosphere and timeless charm, the Guildhall provides a distinctive setting to pause, unwind and enjoy a moment of stillness away from the pace of everyday life.

Yoga mats and pillows are provided; bring a cosy blanket and anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
