Museum opens Monday 20 July
The museum site is now fully open with the exception of the air raid shelter which remains closed. You can access the museum and the cafe from Load Street and Queen Elizabeth II Jubliee Gardens between 10am and 4pm.
We have worked hard to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors and we are really looking forward to seeing you all again.
Please be aware all visitors are advised to wear face coverings unless you are exempt from wearing them. Thank you for your co-operation during these challenging times.

You can access the museum from Load Street or Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Gardens.
Bewdley is easily accessed by car with plenty of car parking available within easy walking distance of either entrance.
Nearest mainline railway station is Kidderminster, where you can continue on the Severn Valley Railway to Bewdley. There are also regular buses available.

For those who wish to bring a picnic, there are benches available in the adjoining Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Gardens, or just bring a rug and relax in our serene grounds.
The Garden Kitchen Café and Bar reopen Saturday 29 February.
There are 4 toilets on site, including 3 wheelchair accessible facilities in the café area, and 2 baby change units.
Large print and braille guides are available to borrow, please ask a member of staff on the front desk located in the gift shop.
The museum is accessible by wheelchair with level entry or ramped access (with the exception of the air raid shelter). One wheelchair is available for use on site (it is advisable to book in advance). There are two access ramps into the museum from the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Gardens, the ramp located on the right hand side of the gardens, with an incline, provides access to the café area, and the ramp located on the left is less steep and enters into the herb garden area.
Please be aware that some of the floor surfaces especially the Shambles and parts of the Brass Foundry are uneven and paved with cobbles.
The museum's events, exhibitions and education programmes are open to all members of the public. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a special event to cater for a particular disability.
