Trade stall bookings

We welcome external companies and organisations to join us during certain special events. If you wish to run a trade stall at one of our events please complete the enquiry form opposite. 

Please note, in the interests of fairness, we will vet all applications prior to approval. Once approved you will be sent a link to make a payment online. Stalls cost £25 per day per table. 

You will need to provide us with a copy of your public liability insurance, a risk assessment (a template is available below if you do not already have one) and your food hygiene certificate (if applicable).

Stall holders can borrow up to 2 6'x3' tables and chairs.
